Txinpartak II

"They're called txinpartak. Pulsar sparks. Like to float around sentient creatures. Oh, just look at the TARDIS! They love her!"

She looks behind them and yes, the mist is circling around his other girl as well, a flock of sparks swarming happily around the light at the top. (...) He puts his leg up into the mist, holding on to her hand for balance, and the sparks swarm around his foot. "Hah! You like the shoe, don't you? Yes you do. Yes you dooo."

He's cooing at semi-sentient sparks. She rolls her eyes, hiding a lopsided smile, and extends her hand into the mist.

Her fingers tingle and she lets out a startled giggle when a small group of sparks immediately rushes to swarm around and between them like a flock of tiny curious fish.

the contrast in this is absolute crap in my netbook, although it's very dark and crisp in my supreme-big-drawing-computer. weep.
