Clever - really clever.

ZOMG WTF?!! Is this really my First Actually Completed, Colored (sorta) Fanfic Illustration Featuring M&S That OMG Almost Look Like Themselves If You Squint Hard Enough?!!! (I guess that would most probably be true because you can't actually see Mulder's face.) And they're almost anatomically plausible!! Look! LOOK! OMG. Of course, Scully's pose has got a photo reference, but it's not like I ever took drawing classes or shit. So you can imagine how proud I am of Mulder's left hand.

So why the topic. Well, sometimes when I read a good fic, I suddenly just... see a scene and get this urge to draw it to get it out of my head. (I doesn't really work, you see, 'cause I can't really draw, and, uh, it only makes things worse. ) So tonight I kinda finally succeeded.

Someone was chanting, and the sound floated upward; Scully recognized the tone before the words, and exhaled in disgust.

"Mulder and Scully, sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g, first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage."

"More like the baby alien!" yelled someone, and there was the general sound of laughter.

Mulder poked his head out of the small window on the side of the treehouse. "Clever," he called, without rancor. "Really clever. Did someone check with the kid to see if he had anything up here that's missing?"

And. I think I might have made a serious mistake here as I put trench coats on them. I mean, do we get to see M&S in trench coats in late S6? Not that much. Moreover, the fic's timeline is like, May or something. It would be, well, warm. Oh screw it. What is the point in crouching when you've not wearing a trench coat, anyway?! I guess I just have that fat opaque S5 look over them both when I picture them in my mind. So WHAT? S5 = pretty. So sue me. See? Scully's hair is also too much S5-y. Ohshutup. And Mulder's generally too big here. But then again... he IS a big guy, so screw it.
